Our sports medicine program provides comprehensive assessment and management for athletic injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, and exercise-related concerns for patients across Woodbridge, Vaughan, and the GTA. From recreational athletes to competitive players, our focus is helping patients recover safely and return to activity with confidence.

We evaluate acute and chronic sports injuries, perform concussion and SCAT assessments, provide ultrasound-guided injections, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy, hyaluronic acid injections, and cortisone treatments for selected musculoskeletal conditions. We also coordinate rehabilitation referrals, imaging, physiotherapy, and orthopaedic care when needed.

Sports Injury Assessment

Assessment and management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries involving joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments, and overuse conditions.

PRP Treatment

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy for selected tendon, ligament, and soft tissue injuries using concentrated growth factors derived from the patient's own blood.

Pre-Seasonal Physical Exam Clearance Forms

Completion of sports participation and pre-season clearance forms for schools, camps, leagues, and organized athletic programs.

MSK / Rehab Referrals

Coordination of physiotherapy, rehabilitation, imaging, orthopaedic, and musculoskeletal specialist referrals when additional care is required.

How long does recovery from a sports injury take?+

Recovery varies depending on the severity and type of injury. Your physician will provide individualized treatment recommendations and return-to-activity guidance.

Do you provide concussion testing?+
